Training is for those starting out doing new work. Certification is for those who’ve done the work and want others to know they are deemed competent by a qualified 3rd party assessor.
If you are new to doing compensation work, consider taking Compensation 101 to learn core concepts, terms and principles. Attended by over 400 people, this is the ideal starting point.
Then take Compensation 102 to equip you to use Excel for core compensation work.
