If you have been leading HR including C&B, or leading the rewards function for many years, CTRF was designed just for you.
The third and highest level of ATRI certification is the Certified Total Rewards Fellow, or CTRF. While the first two levels of certification (CTRS and CTRP) require you to attend a 3-day workshop, CTRF is flexible, recognizing past learning, contributions and extensive experience. The CTRF format accommodates those in busy leadership roles who cannot easily miss most of a work week.
Check out the CTRF page and read through the requirements. You may find it the perfect way to get that certification you’ve always wanted.
Previously, we ran a CTRF Roundtable Series of five highly interactive sessions. Minimum of eight (8) years experience required. Concurrence of three ATRI Panel members. We ran this twice in 2022, and at the time there were 15 candidates ready. All successfully completed the series. Since then, we have found it difficult to convene senior people for five fixed sessions. We realized a more flexible approach was needed. We also decided to give credit for other learning and contribution, such as WorldatWork, or posting a LinkedIn article or blog.

If you have eight years of experience involving rewards/C&B, go over to the CTRF page and apply for ATRI Certified Total Rewards Fellow. Currently there are less than 30, compared to over 900 with CTRS or CTRP. Don’t be shy. Tom Farmer will email you regarding next steps and other details.
Get certified. It’s never too late!
